Hot dip galvanized process
We adopt hot-dip galvanization instead of cold galvanizing, so as to strengthen its anti-corrosion ability, the thickness of galvanization should ≥75um, complies with GB-/T13912-92 standard. The design lifespan should not less than 30 years, its appearance should be smooth, glazing and color should be uniformed, non-scale, non-peeled off.
Painting process
Outdoor pure polyester powder, the colors are selectable. Its adhesive force should be strong, it surface should anti intensive UV, and adapt to coastal cities as well as salinity
